The U.S. intends to ask China to a send a ship to join the world's largest maritime exercises for the first time in Hawaiian waters in two years. My question is why?
The Navy will invite the Asian nation to send a ship to the 2014 Rim of the Pacific exercises, U.S. Defense Secretary Leon Panetta told reporters in Beijing on Wednesday. Noe here is where we will need to put on some boots because it gets deep between the two nations. I see one reason why I would make a lousy politician here. First of all both nations hate each others guts so why play?
There is no way in the world that I would allow my potential adversary to participate in a military exercise with me unless I wanted to show them a bunch of lies to throw them off tactically. Maybe I would plant some bogus military secrets and allow them to steal them.
I think that both are attempting to convince each other that they are not wary of the others motives but anyone with an ounce or two of common sense can see right through this. The US is attempting to convince the Chinese that its Naval buildup in the region is not to counter Chinese expansionism. Yeah right.
The chinese are attempting to convince us that the offensive weapons systems that they are adding to their arsenal are for defensive purposes. Right again.
BS in in the air and it could land anywhere at any time so be careful. We don't need for our Navy Ring customers and all of the other military ring customers in all other branches of service to let their guard down because of some creative lying
